Buying a car you have never seen can feel daunting. That is why you can add an independent inspection by our partner DEKRA to the Austria package. You get more than a professional's visual assessment: you get a full technical inspection.

Any questions about the Austria package?
What happens if I walk away because of the inspection?
The report is yours and helps you address any findings with the dealer or continue your search. If the inspection makes you decide against the car, we only charge for the inspection — not the service fee. The service ends at that point.
Can I buy from a dealer or also privately?
We only handle purchases from commercial dealers. Only there do you have a statutory warranty, and only there can we send an inspector to a scheduled on-site appointment. Private listings are therefore not possible at the moment.
Is the inspection included in the service fee?
No. The service fee covers dealer contact, purchase support and arranging transport. The vehicle inspection is an option and is charged separately — you decide in the calculator whether to add it.
How long does it take?
From the listing link to delivery, typically around two weeks, depending on the appointment with the dealer and the transport distance. The inspection itself we usually arrange within a few days.
What does transport to my address cost?
Arranging the insured transport is part of the service fee; the transport cost itself is not. It is calculated per kilometre from the pickup location to your address. Our calculator shows the amount immediately — before you decide.
Why is there no NoVA on the Austria package?
Because the car was already registered in Austria. The NoVA was paid at first registration, a type certificate exists and there is no customs clearance. That is exactly why this package is far cheaper than our import packages.
