Any questions about the relocation package?

Why is there no fixed amount?

Because the effort follows your case: a car from Germany with complete papers is a different matter from one out of a country that demands extra proof before deregistering it. Instead of a figure that would be too high for some and too tight for others, we look at your situation — the initial assessment costs nothing.

I already live in Austria and only my residence changes. Does the package fit?

Yes. As soon as your primary residence is in Austria, the vehicle has to be registered here — even if you yourself arrived long ago. Get in touch as soon as the change of residence is settled: the deadlines are short, and we check how much time your case leaves you.

My country of origin asks for extra documents to deregister the car. Is that a problem?

No, that is closer to the norm — and one of the reasons we quote individually. We tell you which documents your country of origin requires and guide you step by step through obtaining them. Some things only you can do yourself; everything else we take off your hands. Any extra effort is in the quote before we start.

Will NoVA apply to my vehicle?

That depends on the individual case. We clarify it with the tax office upfront and state the outcome in your quote before you decide.

Do you also handle transporting my vehicle?

Transport is not part of the relocation package — this is about the authorities. If your vehicle still has to be brought to Austria, mention it in your request and we will look at it together.

Can I book individual steps only?

Yes. If you only need the NoVA processing or only the type certificate, tell us — we quote the steps that actually apply to you.
